Completing an intake, submitting information, or paying any applicable fee does not guarantee treatment, a prescription, a specific medication, or a particular clinical outcome.

Telehealth services

Clean Health Rx may route patients into telehealth-enabled workflows for intake, clinical review, follow-up, prescription review, and care coordination. Emergency medical issues should be directed to 911 or immediate in-person emergency care.

Patient information

You agree to provide accurate and current information during intake and communications. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect provider review, eligibility, treatment decisions, and service availability.

Payments and refunds

Program fees, medication costs, pharmacy charges, and third-party service fees may vary. Refund eligibility depends on the service, timing, and whether administrative, clinical, pharmacy, or fulfillment work has already begun.

Third-party services

Clean Health Rx may use third-party platforms, telehealth infrastructure, payment processors, pharmacy partners, and other service providers to operate patient workflows. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy notices, and policies.
